San Francisco, California – MLIFE Foundation received a $20,210 grant from the Rugged Elegance Foundation (REF) to support its general budget and operations.
In a message announcing the donation, REF President, Jennifer Carolyn King told Mwangi, “It it is privilege to meet you and to partner in our joint effort toward more significant racial and equity in the world and so much more.” Jennifer Carolyn King and her husband, Timothy Charles Fredel, founded the Rugged Elegance Foundation to reduce suffering, spread joy, and promote harmony in the world.
The gift in honor of Mwangi Mukami will support defraying the costs of launching MLIFE’s new website and further the work of the MLIFE Foundation in Accra, Ghana, and Nairobi, Kenya. MLIFE received this grant as part of REF’s commitment to supporting historically excluded groups to 10x their positive impact globally.
