We are a faith-based organization like no other. Community-driven and grassroots-led. Justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) are at the heart of our work. In everything we do, we ensure equity of voice and a place to belong.
Founded and led by survivors of persecution and poverty, we support children experiencing learning poverty to read and write, mentor NextGen leaders to innovate and thrive and uplift families living on the margins to meet their basic needs.
We call our unique theory of change, Spirituali-TEA.65% of our donors are alums of our programs. They give from a sense of duty to fellow humans rather than charity. 95% of all our donors are regular people making less than $60,000 a year who believe regular giving creates a better world as a natural consequence of our daily actions rather than altruism.
